Together with our customers, partners, and community, we’re helping farmers and businesses around the world dramatically reduce land-based emissions.
Regrow serves more than 100 organizations who have collectively invested more than $19M to help farmers adopt regenerative practices. These actions will abate more than 800k tonnes of CO2e, equivalent to the carbon sequestered by 934k acres of U.S. forests in one year.

Meet the Leadership Team
Anastasia is a visionary leader shaping the category of agricultural resilience. She has more than a decade of experience in academia and business, creating innovative software solutions. Anastasia holds a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering and has been named a 2023 UBS Global Visionary, one of BBC's "Top 100 Women" and is on the TIME100 Next list.
Bill has 30+ years of experience in environmental science and business leadership at NASA JPL, the University of New Hampshire and AGS. He is highly regarded throughout the industry for his expertise in remote sensing and biogeochemical modeling.
Dan Pasette is a seasoned technology executive, with over 25 years of experience growing and managing a diverse range of organizations. From startups to multinationals to non-profits, Dan has been involved in all aspects of leadership from staffing and budget management to strategic planning and investment. Throughout his career, his drive has been the impact that we can make through innovation and technology.
Sarah-Beth (SB) Anders is Chief Commercial Officer at Regrow. SB has focused her professional life on helping companies develop categories and lead them. Prior to joining Regrow, SB served as the Senior Vice President of B2B Marketing at Guild, helping Fortune 1000 companies deliver opportunity to their employees through education, skilling and career mobility.
Simina has over fifteen years of HR experience and has led People teams for early- and late-stage companies across public and private sectors worldwide. Simina graduated with a Master’s in human resources management from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania and held human resources positions in Europe before moving to the United States in 2011. She is married and has an 8 year old son.

Jessica Kirshenblat-Gooderham is VP of Customer Success at Regrow. Jessica joins with nearly 20 years of experience in sustainability, tech, and CPG. She has scaled startups into maturing markets with EcoVadis, a global leader in sustainability for supply chains, and driven profitable growth at General Mills. Jess is in relentless pursuit of understanding organization and stakeholder needs to unlock greater good.
